Basic Function

The Assistant Store Manager works with the store manager to oversee the operation of the store and the employees.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate inventory
  • Train and supervise store employees
  • Develop implement and assess store sales, promotions and events
  • Schedule employee hours
  • Train and evaluate store employees

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of Word and Outlook
  • Must be physically able to carry out retail job duties
